At Investment Quorum we all firmly believe in supporting good causes where we can. This is based upon our belief that businesses should be responsible and contribute in a meaningful way to the community in which they operate. In any given year we will make contributions large and small to good causes but those detailed below are our current and recent past beneficiaries.
Social
Tommy's
Crisis Crisis is the national charity for single homeless people and are dedicated to ending homelessness by delivering life-changing services and campaigning for change. We requested that a fee which would have been receivable for work done for Citywire be donated to them.
Barnardo's Whatever the issue, from drug misuse to disability; youth crime to mental health; sexual abuse to domestic violence; poverty to homelessness; Barnardo's believe they can bring out the best in every child.
Community
Hove Rugby Club
International
Street Child of Sierra Leone The goal of this very worthy charity is to reduce the number of children living their lives on the streets of Sierra Leone, the poorest country in the world. By showing them love and care by tending to their nutritional, health, recreational, educational and psycho-social needs they aim to rebuild their trust in adults and reconcile the children with their families and communities.
It should be noted that we do not seek approaches for donations but prefer to select our own recipients but for more information on our Corporate and Social Responsibility programme please contact; Lee Robertson 0207 337 1390 |
