To reset your Transact password, please follow these steps.
- Go to the Transact website using the button below.
Transact Login Page
- On the homepage click the Forgotten your password? link.
- Input your Transact number, email address that you would've used upon registration, and mobile number.
- Click the Next button and you will receive the below message.
- Providing the email address matches what Transact have on file, you will receive an email from noreply@transact-online.co.uk. Click on the hyperlink within the email.
- You will be redirected to a page requesting a security code which you should have received on your mobile. Add the code and click Next.
- Input your new password and click Submit.
- This will confirm the password has been successfully reset and you will receive an email to confirm your password has been updated.
- Go back to Transact and enter your Transact number and new password to log in.
