How do I unlock my device when my PIN has been entered incorrectly too many times?

To reset your device, you must do so from your IQ Wealth web app. We cannot reset it for you.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into IQ Wealth using the hyperlink below.

    Log in to IQ Wealth
  2. Click the Me icon on the top right hand side of the page.
  3. Choose “My account” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Select “My device logins”.
  5. To the right of the device details, there should be a padlock icon. Click it.
  6. The mobile device should now be unlocked and you should be able to log in using your PIN.
