Elliot transformed Investment Quorum from a traditional wealth manager into a technology-led firm, earning IQ the PWM/Financial Times award for Best Wealth Manager in the UK for Use of Technology. Since joining in 2019 he has built the firm's website, CRM, HR systems, and the unified data layer behind every client interaction and decision.
He leads development of Helix, IQ's next-generation digital wealth platform built on Next.js and integrated directly with Seccl's API-first custody infrastructure for live portfolio data, trade execution, and role-specific interfaces — all with full audit trails and automatic versioning.
Elliot designed IQ's SASE-based cloud security framework, combining CrowdStrike and Cloudflare to protect client data, APIs, and endpoints — intercepting over 1,200 threats in a single month without disruption. He has also embedded AI across the firm using models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cohere with retrieval-augmented generation underpinned by an Elasticsearch search lake, powering everything from AI-drafted suitability reports and anomaly detection to automated CRM workflows and Consumer Duty evidencing across the book.
Beyond technology, Elliot leads IQ's B Corp programme, lifting the score by 24%. A Durham Natural Sciences graduate, he completed the 2024 Sierra Leone Marathon in support of Street Child, a cause close to IQ's heart.
