Lisa has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and has been with IQ since 2006. She began her journey as part of the discretionary services team, before progressing to Head of Operations. Now as Chief Operating Officer, Lisa oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a continued focus on delivering exceptional client service.
Passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture, Lisa also takes great pride in her responsibilities as Head of HR, supporting and developing the team to achieve their full potential.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys cooking, travelling, and spending time with family, friends, and her cockapoos, Rosie and Ronny.
